Ariel Gamburg, CPA, MBA
Principal Owner
Ariel is the founding shareholder of Gamburg CPA PC.
Ariel worked at UHY Advisors, a large top 15 CPA firm in the US, where he was a senior tax accountant. Although Ariel worked as a tax generalist for UHY for four years, he specialized in high net worth individuals and international taxation, while also working on complex corporations, partnerships, and estates & trusts. He left UHY in 2009 and shortly thereafter started his own practice.
Ariel graduated cum laude from Pace University with a combined B.B.A/M.B.A in public accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York, and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ariel is fluent in Hebrew and conversational in Russian.

Loretta Grief-Barbaro is a tax expert with 20+ years of experience. Loretta has excelled her career in public accounting as a Director of Taxation. Loretta has a deep understanding of the tax code which enables her to provide professional, trusted, and reliable tax, accounting, and advisory services to her clients. Loretta has handled clients in every industry sector including an elite client base of ultra-high net worth individuals. Loretta specializes in individual tax while also working on corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts.
Loretta graduated Summa Cum Laude from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation with Distinction. She is an IRS Enrolled Agent and a member of the National Association of enrolled agents.
